Eat and drink enough at night, don’t overdo it or don’t even eat, you certainly don’t want to disturb your sleep because of hunger or wake up to urinate.

Avoid or limit the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Doing activities during the day, this will help you to avoid naps and trouble sleeping at night.

Take kratom after dinner. Kratom can help you to get good quality sleep, and avoid insomnia.
