KRATOM LAW IN GERMANY : Not listed in the German Narcotics Act (BtMG) or under special control in the Drug Products Act (AMG)

Responsibility for this strategy is divided between the federal, “lander” or state governments, and the city. Lander is responsible for most of the funding programs as well as the enforcement of federally established drug laws.
