The location of the world’s lungs is in Indonesia. The lungs of the world are the names for a place that has many trees and forests. It is called the lungs of the world because humans need many trees to produce oxygen. And 70 percent of the world’s lungs are in Indonesia, on the islands of Papua and Kalimantan.
And specifically for the island of Kalimantan, 45% of Kalimantan is designated as the world’s lung, the goal is to conserve endemic areas of biodiversity, animals and plants in Kalimantan, for example Orangutans, as well as develop ecosystem corridors between conservation areas,quoted from the BBC News Indonesia.
Kratom has a big share in providing oxygen, absorption of rainfall, inhibiting abrasion and as a natural canopy for thousands of fauna. In 2020 there are at least 44,492,032 kratom trees planted in the upstream area, and at least occupy an area of 11,261 hectares.
With so many kratom trees being planted, of course we also hope that more and more countries will lift the ban on kratom, so that they can feel the benefits of planting kratom for body health, and of course kratom also has a big share in supplying oxygen in the world.
